Ordering Options

Unpersonalized and Personalized retail orders of single items or of three or less of the same item not part of a larger award order can check out online

• Our Award Order Process-

1.  Inquiry-  Reach our with your list of items or customization ideas, logo, and date of your event or when you need the order by. 
2. Estimate- We will send you a complete estimate with your list of items and personalization requests. 
3. Approval- Review this estimate CAREFULLY for correct item count, color, size etc.  If all looks good, go ahead and approve. Once approved, we will get an email letting us know you have reviewed. 
4. Retainer Invoice- An invoice will be sent for either the full amount, or retainer invoice for a percentage amount depending on order type and size. 
5. Balance Paid- When the invoice is paid, personalization begins! We will send you mock ups of artwork if desired and communicate with you during the process with updates or any clarifications. 
6. Ship- Once invoice is paid in full, all items will be shipped and tracking provided at your request.
